The Greater Boston Morehouse College Alumni Association (GBMCAA) invites you to join us on Martha’s Vineyard, August 9—12, 2023, for the 6th Annual "House on the Vineyard". You don’t want to miss the hottest event of the summer - a weekend of building community, networking, and vacationing with a purpose. All proceeds benefit Morehouse College and GBMCAA's local programming and scholarship funds.

No summer on Martha’s Vineyard is complete without a clambake. Guests will enjoy a traditional casual meal of lobster, clams, mussels, potatoes, corn on the cob, and clam chowder prepared by Bill Smith's Martha's Vineyard Clambake Co. Be ready to enjoy the quintessential island experience at this spectacular venue which sits high on the Bluff overlooking lagoon pond and the outer harbor. Dinner will be served at 6:45pm. Marthas Vineyard Lifestyle, in association with Greater Boston Morehouse College Alumni Association presents Kid Capri!!! Marthas Vineyard, we promise this is going to be the hottest show on the island! No one on the planet rocks a crowd like Kid Capri!!!
Kid Capri was the first DJ to perform on major networks like BET and VH1. He starred in the popular HBO series Russell Simmons Def Comedy Jam and recently returned for Netflix Def Comedy Jam's 25th Anniversary Special. Kid has produced tracks for Snoop Dogg, Jay Z, Madonna, Heavy D, and 50 Cent, to name a few & has toured with legends like Diddy, Jay Z, Aaliyah, Salt N Peppa, Timbaland, and most recently RBRM. He won a Grammy for producing a song on Jay-Z's classic album, Hard Knock Life & in 2018 KID narrated Kendrick Lamar's DAMN album; the only hip hop album to ever win a Pulitzer Prize.

GETTING TO OAK BLUFFS, MARTHA’S VINEYARD
Peter Pan Bus and Plymouth Rock/Brockton Bus both provide daily services to ferry terminals from Boston Logan Airport, Boston South Station and other locations.
Here are our directions to get to the Vineyard by sea, air, car or, bus.
The Steamship Authority provides year-round passenger and auto (the only ferry that accommodates autos) ferry service from Woods Hole on Cape Cod to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven.
The Island Queen ferry provides transportation from Falmouth on Cape Cod to Oak Bluffs
Hy-line Cruises provide transportation from Hyannis on Cape Cod to Oak Bluffs.
This service offers both high speed and traditional ferry service from mid Cope to Oak Bluffs.
